Inspection before valve installation
①仔細檢查核對閥門型號、規格是否符合圖紙要求。
① Carefully check whether the valve model and specification meet the drawing requirements.
②檢查閥桿和閥瓣開啟是否靈活，有無卡住和歪斜現象。
② Check whether the valve stem and disc can be opened flexibly and whether they are stuck or skewed.
③檢查閥門有無損壞，螺紋閥門的螺紋是否端正和完整無缺。
③ Check whether the valve is damaged and whether the thread of the threaded valve is straight and complete.
④檢查閥座與閥體的結合是否牢固，閥瓣與閥座、閥蓋和閥體,閥桿與閥瓣的聯結。
④ Check whether the connection between the valve seat and the valve body is firm, the connection between the valve disc and the valve seat, the valve cover and the valve body, and the connection between the valve stem and the valve disc.
⑤檢查閥門墊料、填料及緊固件(螺栓)是否適合于工作介質性質的要求。
⑤ Check whether the valve padding, packing and fasteners (bolts) are suitable for the nature of the working medium.
⑥對陳舊的或擱置較久的減壓閥應拆卸，灰塵、砂粒等雜物須用水清洗干凈。
⑥ The pressure reducing valve that is old or has been used for a long time shall be disassembled, and the dust, sand and other sundries must be cleaned with water.
⑦清除通口封蓋，檢查密封程度，閥瓣必須關閉嚴密。
⑦ Clean the port cover and check the sealing degree. The valve flap must be closed tightly.
閥門的壓力試驗
Pressure test of valve
低壓、中壓和高壓閥門要進行強度試驗和嚴密性試驗，合金鋼閥門還應逐個對殼體進行光譜分析，復查材質。
Low pressure, medium pressure and high pressure valves shall undergo strength test and tightness test. Alloy steel valves shall also undergo spectral analysis on the shells one by one and recheck the materials.
1.閥門的強度試驗
1. Strength test of valve
閥門的強度試驗是在閥門開啟狀態下試驗，檢查閥門外表面的滲漏情況。PN≤32MPa的閥門，其試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍，試驗時間不少于5min，殼體、填料壓蓋處無滲漏為合格。
The strength test of the valve is conducted when the valve is open to check the leakage of the external surface of the valve. For valves with PN ≤ 32MPa, the test pressure is 1.5 times of the nominal pressure, the test time is not less than 5min, and the valves are qualified if there is no leakage at the shell and packing gland.
2.閥門的嚴密性試驗
2. Tightness test of valve
在閥門完全關閉狀態下進行的試驗，檢查閥門密封面是否有滲漏，其試驗壓力，除蝶閥、止回閥、底閥、節流閥外的閥門，一般應以公稱壓力進行，在能夠確定工作壓力時，也可用1.25倍的工作壓力進行試驗，以閥瓣密封面不漏為合格。
When the valve is fully closed, check whether there is leakage on the sealing surface of the valve. The test pressure of valves other than butterfly valves, check valves, bottom valves and throttle valves should generally be at the nominal pressure. If the working pressure can be determined, the test can also be conducted at 1.25 times of the working pressure. If the sealing surface of the valve disc does not leak, it is qualified.
